Some ways to better feet!
# Let your feet breathe. Walk barefoot as often as possible
to let your feet recover from the confinement of shoes.
# When out-of-doors and during leisure time wear sensible
footwear: flat heeled, comfortable, open leather shoes or sandals are the best.
# Do not wear nylon stockings unless absolutely essential.
# Choose shoes with heel s less than 5cm high, and try to
wear different shoes each day.
# Avoid wearing tight boots for long periods as they tend to
restrict circulation.
# if you must wear close-fitting shoes sprinkle a little powdered,
dry chamomile flowers, peppermint leaves, or pennyroyal inside them.
# Avoid buying plastic shoes. Choose leather or fabric shoes
as these will allow your feet to breath.
# Make sure your shoes are at 2.5cm longer than your toes
# When you reach your home, wash your legs immediately after
you remove your shoes.
